Omnissa / Workspace ONE
Horizon 8 2606 goes GA with Mac support and a Wayland preview. The release makes Horizon Agent for macOS generally available, previews Wayland support for Linux virtual desktops, adds Ping identity provider integration for True SSO desktop unlock, extends FIDO2 key support to more apps and OSes, and picks up Microsoft Teams VDI 2.0 support.
Omnissa named a DaaS Leader for the fourth year running. Omnissa landed in the Leaders quadrant of the 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Desktop as a Service and ranked among the top two vendors across all five Critical Capabilities use cases — the company is now the only vendor recognized as a Leader in Gartner’s DaaS, Endpoint Management Tools, and DEX Management Tools quadrants simultaneously.
Workspace ONE UEM 2607 doubles down on Apple. The release makes declarative device management (DDM) the default path for OS updates with a unified macOS/iOS view, adds DDM asset types for silent account setup, expands Freestyle Orchestrator workflows to Vision Pro, and turns on DEX monitoring for co-managed Macs via the new Registered mode alongside Platform SSO powered by Omnissa Access.
Step-up enrollment removes the Windows modernization tax. New automation lets admins move Windows devices from Intelligent Hub Managed Mode to full MDM without a wipe or re-enrollment, unlocking OMA-DM capabilities like remote wipe, CSP profiles, and Entra Conditional Access along the way.
Microsoft Intune / Windows 365
Unattended Remote Help arrives for Windows, and Windows 365 for Agents gets its own baseline. Service Release 2608 lets authorized helpdesk agents sign into a remote Windows device with their own credentials with no end user present, and ships a new security baseline scoping Windows 11, Edge, and Defender for Endpoint settings specifically for Windows 365 for Agents Cloud PCs running agentic workloads.
Nexthink
GoTo and Nexthink deepen their support integration. LogMeIn Rescue and Nexthink Infinity now share a bidirectional, generally-available integration: technicians can launch Rescue sessions and pull live Nexthink device telemetry and AI diagnostics from a single workflow, cutting the swivel-chair between remote support and DEX tooling.

IGEL certifies Teguar for rugged and healthcare endpoints. Teguar joins the IGEL Ready ecosystem, pairing its medically-certified all-in-ones and rugged/waterproof industrial computers with IGEL OS’s immutable, centrally managed endpoint stack for regulated and high-uptime environments.
